Common use of SICKNESS & ACCIDENT Clause in Contracts

SICKNESS & ACCIDENT. 9.1 Payment will be based on twelve straight time hours per normal shift missed to a maximum of thirty seven and one-half (37.5) hours per week (the week beginning Sunday at 5:30 a.m.). If an employee is absent for a complete pay period (fourteen (14) consecutive days beginning and ending at 5:30 a.m. Sunday), the employee will receive thirty seven and one-half (37.5) hours per week at straight time. The payment schedule is outlined in Article 12.3 of the Collective Agreement.

The full pay will be determined by the payment schedule is outlined in Article 12.3 of the Collective Agreement.
