Sign and Publicity. Upon Lender’s request, Borrower shall promptly erect a sign approved in advance by Agent in a conspicuous location on the Project during the Construction indicating that the financing for the Project is provided by Lender. Agent and Lender reserve the right to publicize the making of the Loan.
Sign and Publicity. Subject to obtaining approval from applicable Governmental Authorities (if so required), permit (a) the Lender to erect a sign or signs on the Project in conspicuous locations indicating that the Lender is the construction lender, with the text, size and location to be determined by the Lender from time to time, provided that the location of the signs will not reasonably interfere with Construction of the Project, and (b) the Lender to publicize the Lender’s involvement in the Project and in providing the Construction financing in such print media and by such other means as the Lender deems appropriate. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any such signage or publicity shall not name or reference GGT or any of its Affiliates without the prior written consent of GGT.
Sign and Publicity. If Administrative Agent requests, Borrower shall, to the extent permitted by Applicable Law, erect a sign approved by Administrative Agent and Borrower on the Project in a conspicuous location indicating that the financing for the Project has been provided by the Lenders. The cost of any such sign shall be paid by Administrative Agent. In addition, Administrative Agent and the Lenders shall have the right to publicize the making of the Loans notwithstanding the provisions of Section 14.22.

Upon Lender’s request, Borrower shall permit Lender to erect a sign in a conspicuous location on the Project adjacent to Business Center Drive during the Construction indicating that the financing for the Project is provided by Lender. Lender reserves the right to publicize the making of the Loan.
Sign and Publicity. Upon Agent’s request, Borrowers shall promptly erect a sign approved in advance by Agent in a conspicuous location on the Mexican Project during the Construction, indicating that the financing for the Mexican Project is provided by Agent and the Lenders. Agent reserves the right to publicize the making of the Mexican Loan.
Sign and Publicity. Upon Lender's request, Borrower shall, at Lender's sole cost and expense, promptly erect a sign approved in advance by Lender in a conspicuous location on the Project during the Construction indicating that the financing for the Project is provided by Lender, so long as such sign complies with Laws and requirements of all Governmental Authorities. Lender reserves the right to publicize the making of the Loan. Without limiting the foregoing, following Closing, Lender shall have the right to announce publicly in print or otherwise that Lender has made and closed the Loan to Borrower. In connection therewith, Lender shall have the right to describe the Loan, including Borrower's name, the type of loan and the amount thereof (but excluding the interest rate and the amounts of Lender's fees), and to identify the Project and the location thereof by way of description and/or photographs of the Project.
Sign and Publicity. Subject to Borrower’s reasonable approval, Lender, at its expense, may erect signs on the construction site indicating that financing for the Project has been provided by Xxxxxx and use the Loan Amount, Xxxxxxxx’s name and Project location in any such sign or in any publicity by Xxxxxx as hereinafter provided. Xxxxxx, at its expense, shall also have the right to engage in reasonable publicity and public relations pertaining to the financing provided by Xxxxxx. Additionally, Borrower shall use its good faith and best efforts to include in any public announcement or media release concerning the general development of the Project a statement that Xxxxxx has provided the financing for the Project.

Borrower shall promptly erect a sign approved in advance by the Administrative Agent and reasonably acceptable to Borrower in a conspicuous location on the Subject Property during Construction indicating that the financing for the Subject Property is being provided by the Lenders, provided that such sign shall not identify any Lender without such Lender’s consent. Lenders reserve the right to publicize the making of the Loan.
Sign and Publicity. If the Administrative Agent requests, Borrower shall, to the extent permitted by Applicable Law, erect a sign approved by the Administrative Agent on the Project in a conspicuous location reasonably approved by Borrower indicating that the financing for the Project has been provided by the Lenders and that Eurohypo is the Administrative Agent for the Lenders. Borrower shall include in any public announcement or media release concerning the general development of the Project a statement that the Lenders have provided the financing for the Project and that Eurohypo is the Administrative Agent for the Lenders.
Sign and Publicity. If Lender requests, the Loan Parties shall permit Lender, at Lender’s cost and expense, to have a customary sign or signs erected on the Property in a conspicuous location indicating that the financing for the Property has been provided by Xxxxxx, provided that (a) such sign or signs comply with Legal Requirements, and (b) the location of the sign or signs does not interfere with the Construction Work. The Loan Parties shall include in any public announcement or media release concerning the general development of the Property a statement that Xxxxxx has provided the financing for the Property. In addition, Xxxxxx shall have the right to publicize the making of the Loan.
