Publicity and Public Relations. 16.1. The Parties shall co-operate and consult with each other in respect of any matter involving public relations in so far as reasonably practicable having regard to the nature and urgency of the issue involved. The Parties acting through Advisory Board and the Joint Committee may agree protocols for the handling of public relations from time to time.

Owner will not issue any press release or other publicity in which the name of Manager is mentioned without first obtaining Manager’s approval, which shall not be unreasonably withheld. Manager will not use the name of Owner or any Mortgagee in connection with any press release, publicity or other announcement without the prior consent of Owner.

31.3 The Contractor shall not communicate on these matters with any communication media representatives unless specifically granted permission to do so, in writing, by the Authority. Information deriving from the Contract relating to the Ministry of Defence may not be communicated to a third party without specified permission to do so, in writing from the Authority.

The Agency relationship set forth at Section 4.20 herein shall not extend to communications between the House Doctor and the public at large.
