Buyer may use Retained Trade Names on finished goods inventory that constitutes part of the Purchased Assets but will change or otherwise replace the stamps and dies bearing Retained Names as soon as practicable after the Closing Date. Buyer may not use publicly any business records without first removing or obliterating all portrayals or references to any of Retained Trade Names unless Seller consents prior to such usage.
