Signal Lights. The Contractor shall display signal lights and conduct his/her operations in accordance with U. S. Coast Guard regulations governing lights and day signals to be displayed, as set forth in Commandant, U. S. Coast Guard Instruction M16672.2C, Navigation Rules, International - Inland (COMDTINST M16672); 33 CFR 81, appendix A (International); and 00 XXX 00 xxxxxxx 00 XXX 00 (Xxxxxx) as applicable.

Signal Lights. Contractors performing work upon the navigable waters of the United States will display signal lights and conduct their operations in accordance with the General Regulations of the U.S. Department of the Army and the U.S. Coast Guard governing lights and day signals as set forth in Commandant U.S. Coast Guard Instruction M16672.2, Navigation Rules: International–Inland or the International or Inland Rules of the Road stated in 33 Code of Federal Regulations as applicable.

  • Fire Fighting Costs of operating and maintaining the fire-fighting equipments and personnel, if any.

  • Mobile Phones The Company’s expectations in relation to the use of Company provided mobile phones are outlined in Company policy HR-P13. If an Employee is provided with a mobile phone by the Company, the Employee shall be liable for the cost of excessive private telephone calls.   • Outdoor Lighting 3.8.1 Lighting shall be directed to driveways, parking areas, loading area, building entrances and walkways and shall be arranged so as to divert the light away from streets, adjacent lots and buildings.

  • PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT, TOOLS AND APPAREL 16.01 The Employer will furnish employees with all necessary personal protective equipment (including safety helmets, safety glasses, gloves etc.) and rain gear if and when required. Said equipment shall remain the property of the Employer. Any worn out safety equipment will be replaced by the Employer upon presentation of the worn equipment. The employees shall be held responsible for loss or improper maintenance of Employer furnished items, including personal protective equipment, rain gear and safety equipment, in which case employees may, at the discretion of the Employer, be subject to disciplinary action.

  • Vaccine Passports Pursuant to Texas Health and Safety Code, Section 161.0085(c), Contractor certifies that it does not require its customers to provide any documentation certifying the customer’s COVID-19 vaccination or post-transmission recovery on entry to, to gain access to, or to receive service from the Contractor’s business. Contractor acknowledges that such a vaccine or recovery requirement would make Contractor ineligible for a state-funded contract.
