The start and end time will strictly be enforced. • Party Bus may be available past booking time, but only at the discretion of the drivers, and (if approved) will incur the charge of $100.00 per hour over the agreed time. If approved, overtime will begin at ten minutes past the contracted tour ending time. • Each Guest will be required to sign an Individual Waiver before boarding the Party Bus- NO EXCEPTIONS. • Additional guests added to the party bus (not included in original group) are added at the discretion of the driver only. The maximum number of passengers to safely transport will in NO way be exceeded. NO STANDING IN THE MOVING BUS. • The Party Bus is not responsible for the theft, loss or damage of any personal belongings left on the bus. Additionally, any items remaining on the bus after the event has ended will be disposed. • NO SMOKING allowed on the bus at any time. This includes vaporizers, and e-cigarette. • Alcoholic beverages are allowed on the bus during the trip. However, alcoholic beverages are NOT allowed to be removed from the bus and taken into public space(s). • Party Bus drivers or employee reserve the right to eject any individual(s) whom they deem to be disruptive, intoxicated, or pose a safety issue to themselves or to others. • Party Bus personnel and drivers are not responsible for underage consumption of alcoholic beverages at any time before, during, or after the ride. If anyone while on our buses is caught with or consuming alcohol underage, illegal drugs, or weapons, the driver has total discretion to terminate the reservation immediately or remove the person or persons who are in direct violation of these terms and conditions and/or contact the local authorities IF necessary. Driver has the right (but not the obligation) to inspect identification & containers of passengers who appear underage. • Party Bus does NOT supply alcohol to/for clients.
