Signature Certificate. Each of the Security Provider and Funding 2 agrees to provide to the Custodian, on the date of this Agreement, a certificate (in substantially the form attached hereto as Schedule A) of a duly authorised officer of the Security Provider and Funding 2 respectively and the Funding 2 Security Trustee agrees to provide such a certificate to the Custodian prior to or at the same time as delivering an Enforcement Notice, in each case, setting out the names and signatures of the persons authorised to sign this Agreement, and any documents to be delivered by such authorised persons pursuant thereto.

Signature Certificate. Each of the Issuer and the Trustee agrees to provide to the Custodian, on the date of this Agreement and prior to the commencement of any services under this Agreement, a certificate (in substantially the form attached hereto as Schedule A) of a duly authorised officer of the Issuer and the Trustee respectively, setting out the names and signatures of the persons authorised to sign this Agreement, and any Instructions and other documents to be delivered by such Authorised Persons pursuant thereto.
