Common use of Signing of Contract Clause in Contracts

Signing of Contract. 31.1 At the same time as the Purchaser notifies the successful Bidder that its bid has been accepted, the Purchaser will send the Bidder the Contract Form provided in the bidding documents, incorporating all agreements between the parties. 31.2 Within seven (07) days of receipt of the Contract Form, the successful Bidder shall sign and date the contract and return it to the Purchaser.
