Single Software and Hardware Environment. COUNTY may expand its Scope of Use (for 20 Licensed Software identified in this Exhibit B) by paying the applicable additional license and support 21 fees set forth in Paragraph C above, so long as any third party facility, new facility or new volumes are 22 processed and operated out of COUNTY's single software application environment and single data 24 distributed client server capabilities built into the HNA Millennium architecture and distribute the 25 servers from a single data center to multiple data center(s) assuming COUNTY notifies 26 CONTRACTOR of its intentions and supporting reasons in advance and protects CONTRACTOR’s 27 proprietary rights in the same manner as provided in the Agreement. However, if the third party facility, 28 new facility or volumes are not processed from the same physical application or hardware environment, 29 it will be considered a new installation and a new client to CONTRACTOR. The fees associated for 30 such new client will be based on CONTRACTOR's then-current pricing methodology. New 31 functionality, product installation and project management fees will be purchased under a new 32 agreement.

  • Hardware and Software Requirements In order to access and retain Disclosures electronically, you must satisfy the following computer hardware and software requirements: access to the Internet; an email account and related software capable of receiving email through the Internet; a web browser which is SSL-compliant and supports secure sessions, and hardware capable of running this software.

  • Software Use Case Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization Supported on physical hardware solely to support virtual quests. Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization is designed to run and manage virtual instances and does not support user-space applications. Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization may be used as a virtual desktop infrastructure solution, however, the Subscription does not come with any software or support for the desktop operating system. You must purchase the operating system for each instance of a desktop or server separately.

  • SERVICE MONITORING, ANALYSES AND ORACLE SOFTWARE 11.1 We continuously monitor the Services to facilitate Oracle’s operation of the Services; to help resolve Your service requests; to detect and address threats to the functionality, security, integrity, and availability of the Services as well as any content, data, or applications in the Services; and to detect and address illegal acts or violations of the Acceptable Use Policy. Oracle monitoring tools do not collect or store any of Your Content residing in the Services, except as needed for such purposes. Oracle does not monitor, and does not address issues with, non-Oracle software provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services. Information collected by Oracle monitoring tools (excluding Your Content) may also be used to assist in managing Oracle’s product and service portfolio, to help Oracle address deficiencies in its product and service offerings, and for license management purposes.

  • Third Party Software 1. The Software may contain third party software that requires and/or additional terms and conditions. Such required third party software notices and/or additional terms and conditions are located at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/thirdparty/index.html and are made a part of and incorporated by reference into this XXXX. By accepting this XXXX, You are also accepting the additional terms and conditions, if any, set forth therein.

  • Antivirus software All workstations, laptops and other systems that process and/or store PHI COUNTY discloses to CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY must have installed and actively use comprehensive anti-virus software solution with automatic updates scheduled at least daily.

  • Software and Documentation Licensee may make as many copies of the Software necessary for it to use the Software as licensed. Each copy of the Software made by Licensee must contain the same copyright and other notices that appear on the original copy. Licensee will not modify the Documentation. Documentation may: (a) only be used to support Licensee’s use of the Software; (b) not be republished or redistributed to any unauthorized third party; and (c) not be distributed or used to conduct training for which Licensee, or any other party, receives a fee. Licensee will not copy any system schema reference document related to the Software.

  • Third Party Hardware Third Party Hardware costs, if any, are invoiced upon delivery.

  • Software and Services Upon execution of this Contract, a notice of award for RFO DIR-SDD-TMP-232 shall be posted by DIR on the Electronic State Business Daily.
