Common use of Single Source Selection Clause in Contracts

Single Source Selection. Services rendered by consulting firms under Part C of the Project which are estimated to cost less than $30,000 equivalent per contract, may, with the Bank's prior agreement, be procured in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.8 through 3.11 of the Consultant Guidelines.

Single Source Selection. (a) Services rendered provided by consulting consultant firms under Part C of the Project which are estimated to cost less than $30,000 US$100,000 equivalent per contract, may, with the Bank’s prior agreement, be procured in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.8 through 3.11 of the Consultant Guidelines. Services rendered by consulting firms under Part C that meet the criteria set forth in paragraphs 3. 9 (a) (b) or (d) of the Project Consultant Guidelines which are estimated to cost less than $30,000 100,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $ 500,000 equivalent, may, with the Bank's prior agreement, be procured in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.8 through 3. 8, 3.10 and 3.11 of the Consultant Guidelines.

Services rendered by consulting firms for consultant under Part C Parts B.1, D.1 and D.4 of the Project which are estimated to cost less than $30,000 100,000 equivalent per contract, contract may, with the BankAssociation's prior agreement, be procured in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.8 through 3.11 of the Consultant Guidelines.

Single Source Selection. Services rendered by consulting firms of consultants under Part C Parts D and E of the Project which are estimated to cost less than $30,000 100,000 equivalent per contract, contract up to an aggregate amount not to exceed the equivalent of $200,000 may, with the Bank's ’s prior agreement, be procured in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.8 through 3.11 of the Consultant Guidelines.
