SINGLE-USE PRODUCTS The Board of County Commissioners has established a single-use products and plastic bags policy intended to reduce the use of products which have become globally recognized as having lasting negative impacts on the environment. Neither single-use products nor plastic bags may be sold or disbursed on County property by staff or contracted vendors, except as set forth in Orange County Administrative Regulation 9.01.03. Failure to comply with the Regulation may result in termination of the contract or other contractual remedies, and may affect future contracting with the County. The use of reusable, recyclable, biodegradable, or compostable materials is encouraged.
Single User License A Single-User license is for a named individual who is identified as the only Authorized User. This user is not permitted to re-assign, transfer, or sublicense the software, except as described in Section 5, Transfer. This user may install and use the software on up to three computers, as long as the single-user Customer is the sole user of the software. If the computer on which this Software is loaded is attached to a network, this Software must not be accessible by any other user on such network. Single-user licenses may not be installed or used in a virtualized environment in order to or in a manner that circumvents the single user license type.

Acceptable Use Agreement I understand that I must use school ICT systems in a responsible way, to ensure that there is no risk to my safety or to the safety and security of the ICT systems and other users. I will, where possible, educate the young people in my care in the safe use of ICT and embed E-Safety in my work with young people including my ‘Prevent’ duty. For my professional and personal safety: • I understand that the school will monitor my use of the ICT systems, email and other digital communications. • I understand that the rules set out in this agreement also apply to use of school ICT systems (e.g. laptops, email, VLE etc.) out of school, and to the transfer of personal data (digital or paper based) out of school • I understand that the school ICT systems are intended for educational use and that I will only use the systems for personal or recreational use within the policies and rules set down by the school. • I will not disclose my username or password to anyone else, nor will I try to use any other person’s username and password. I understand that I should not write down or store a password where it is possible that someone may steal it. • I will immediately report any illegal, inappropriate or harmful material or incident, I become aware of, to the appropriate person. Will report damaged equipment to the ICT support staff and will not attempt to repair any damage. I will be professional in my communications and actions when using school ICT systems: • I will not access, copy, remove or otherwise alter any other user’s files, without their express permission. • I will ensure that when I take and / or publish images of others I will do so with their permission and in accordance with the school’s policy on the use of digital / video images. If my personal device is used to record images this should be transferred to school systems and deleted from my device as soon as is practicable • I will only use chat and social networking sites in school in accordance with the school’s policies. • I will only communicate with students / pupils and parents / carers using official school systems. • I will not engage in any on-line activity that may compromise my professional responsibilities or be harmful to the reputation of the school. The school and the local authority have the responsibility to provide safe and secure access to technologies and ensure the smooth running of the school: • I will not use personal email addresses when communicating with pupils and parents. • I will not try to upload, download or access any materials which are illegal (including but not restricted to child sexual abuse images, criminally racist material, adult pornography covered by the Obscene Publications Act) or inappropriate or may cause harm or distress to others. I will not try to use any programmes or software that might allow me to bypass the filtering / security systems in place to prevent access to such materials. • I will not install or attempt to install programmes of any type on a machine, or store programmes on a computer and understand that all software should be appropriately licenced. • I will not disable or cause any damage to school equipment, or the equipment belonging to others. • Where digital personal data is transferred outside the secure local network, it must be encrypted. • I understand that the GDPR policy requires that any staff or student / pupil data to which I have access, will be kept private and confidential. • I will immediately report any damage or faults and loss of data to an appropriate person. I understand that I am responsible for my actions in and out of the school: • I understand that this Acceptable Use Agreement applies not only to my work and use of school ICT equipment in school, but also applies to my use of school ICT systems and equipment off the premises and my use of personal equipment on the premises or in situations related to my employment by the school • I understand that if I fail to comply with this Acceptable Use Agreement, I could be subject to disciplinary action. I have read and understand the above and agree to use the school ICT systems (both in and out of school) and my own devices (in school and when carrying out communications related to the school) within these guidelines. Use of Basement and Service Areas The basement(s) and service areas, if any, as located within the (project name), shall be earmarked for purposes such as parking spaces and services including but not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks, pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, fire fighting pumps and equipment's etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas and the basements in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces, and the same shall be reserved for use by the association of allottees formed by the Allottees for rendering maintenance services.

SS7 Network Interconnection 9.7.1 SS7 Network Interconnection is the interconnection of Global Connection local signaling transfer point switches or Global Connection local or tandem switching systems with BellSouth signaling transfer point switches. This interconnection provides connectivity that enables the exchange of SS7 messages among BellSouth switching systems and databases, Global Connection local or tandem switching systems, and other third-party switching systems directly connected to the XxxxXxxxx XX0 network.
Exclusive Use (A) After the Occupancy Date, Lessee expressly agrees and warrants that the Leased Premises will be used exclusively as a Champps Restaurant or other casual dining sit-down restaurant. In any other such case, after obtaining Lessor's prior written consent, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed, Lessee may conduct any lawful business from the Leased Premises. Lessee acknowledges and agrees that any other use without the prior written consent of Lessor will constitute a default under and a violation and breach of this Lease. Lessee agrees: To open for business within a reasonable period of time after completion of construction of the contemplated Improvements; to operate all of the Leased Premises during the Term or Renewal Terms during regular and customary hours for businesses similar to the permitted exclusive use stated herein, unless prevented from doing so by causes beyond Lessee's control or due to remodeling; and to conduct its business in a professional and reputable manner.
Residential Use; Pets The bedroom space and apartment may be used solely for private residential purposes and for no other purposes. Resident may not carry on any business or other enterprise from the bedroom space or apartment, nor use any Owner- provided Internet connections for business purposes. Resident may place no signs, placards or other advertisement of any character in the bedroom space or apartment, nor display anything in an apartment or bedroom space that is visible from outside the Property or the apartment. Resident may not store at the Property or connect to a Property electrical outlet any mobility device owned by a third party. Pets are permitted in or about the Property only in specified buildings as Owner may in its discretion allow residents to maintain, in each case only following Owner's signature on a Pet Addendum for a single dog or cat per designated apartment, which requires payment of a registration fee and pet rent as provided in the Pet Addendum. All other pets are prohibited anywhere at the Property, except fish in small tanks to the extent approved by Owner in its sole discretion. Violation of the pet policy will subject Resident to deep-cleaning and daily administration fees in Owner’s discretion and may be considered as a termination of this Housing Agreement by Resident.
