Service Use definition

Service Use means the use of a vehicle on field construction projects where the vehicle is primarily used to transport significant amounts of materials, equipment and staff on the project site. A claim may not be made for Service Use on the same day and a claim under Section 1 or the above Section, i.e. Option A or B.

Service Use means use of the Product for the purpose of providing it to clients of the customer (upon the Company’s request, the company name shall be notified to the Company under the procedures prescribed by the Company; hereinafter referred to as the “Service User(s)”) as services through the information system infrastructure managed and operated by the customer and networks such as the Internet (including but not limited to outsourcing, hosting, cloud services, ASP, SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, regardless of whether it is paid or not, hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

Service Use shall apply to the use of the Product and shall supersede the provisions of this Agreement. However, this excludes functions or products specified by the Company.

• Water Service: Use of Owner's existing water service facilities will be permitted, as long as facilities are cleaned and maintained in a condition acceptable to Owner.

• Electric Power Service: Use of Owner's existing electric power service will be permitted, as long as equipment is maintained in a condition acceptable to Owner.

• No charge will be allowed for taxes from which the City of Galesburg is exempt: the Illinois Retailer’s Occupation Tax, the Service Occupation Tax, the Service Use Tax, the Use Tax, Federal Excise and Transportation Tax.

• The City of Rockford, Illinois is not liable for the Illinois Retailers’ Occupation Tax, the Service Occupation Tax or the Service Use Tax.

• ASM GLOBAL, as acting agent for the Authority, is exempt by law from Illinois Retailers Occupation Tax, Use Tax, Service Occupation Tax, Service Use Tax, and Municipal and Regional Transportation Authority Retailers Occupation Tax on materials or services purchased in connection with the Services.

• Electric Power Service: Use of Owner’s existing electric power service will be permitted, as long as equipment is maintained in a condition acceptable to Owner.

• Bidders shall not include taxes in their quotations, which school districts are not subject to; namely, Retailers Occupation Tax (both State and Local), Sales Tax of any kind, Service Use Tax, and any other such applicable tax.

• In the service sector, the level of inventory has declined from 17 days as on 31.3.2004 to 14 days as on 31.3.2005.

• A certificate issued under the Use Tax Act or the Service Use Tax Act shall be applicable with regard to any tax imposed under paragraph (c) of this Section.

• Domestic Tempered Water Service: Use pre-molded glass fiber covers on all fittings and valves.

Service Use means a use where the purpose of such enterprise is to provide non-personal service or, service to an industry or the public, where such a service is conducted and/or provided off-site at a location in need of such service, and may include maintenance, caretaking, cleaning, security and trades or contractors which provide an installation service and does not include outdoor storage or workshop.

Service Use means that any use of the Services for the purpose of providing services (including, without limitation, outsourcing, hosting, cloud services, ASP, SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, etc. with or without compensation; collectively, the “Customer Services”) via the network, such as the information system infrastructure managed and operated by the Customer and the Internet, to the Customer’s client (whose company name shall be notified to the Company in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the Company; “Customer Service User”).

Service Use means use of the Services for the purpose of providing it to clients of the Customer (upon the Company’s request, the company name shall be notified to the Company under the procedures prescribed by the Company; hereinafter referred to as the “Customer’s Service User(s)”) as services through the information system infrastructure

Service Use means the use of land, building or structure or part thereof, where the purpose of such enterprise is to provide a maintenance, caretaking, cleaning, security, or similar service to industry and/or the public where such service is primarily conducted and/or provided off-site at the location in need of such service.

Service Use means any use of Products furnished hereunder which is or may become the subject of a suit, claim or proceeding alleging that a method of use claim in a patent is infringed, or which may result in a settlement payment, or award of damages, or accounting of profits, where such payment, award, or accounting is based on the revenues or profits earned by Buyer or on the lost revenues or profits of a patent holder or other third party, arising from Buyer's use of such Products.
