Site-Based Investigation. Allegations of employee misconduct or unsatisfactory job 8 performance shall be reviewed by the site-based administrator. During the investigation, the 9 District may temporarily reassign the employee. The employee shall be provided an opportunity 10 to be heard regarding all allegations at a meeting with the site-based administrator. The employee 11 shall have the right to representation at the meeting and shall present relevant information in 12 his/her defense.
