Site Inspection Fee. On or before the Rent Commencement Date), Licensee shall pay Licensor a fee of one thousand dollars ($1,000) ("Site Inspection Fee"). Licensee shall also pay a Site Inspection Fee for subsequent installations, which payment shall be due on or before the date that such Equipment is installed. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that Licensor installs or subsequently modifies Licensee's Equipment pursuant to Section 8.4 or the Services Agreement, Licensor shall waive the Site Inspection Fee with respect to such installation.

Site Inspection Fee. On or before the License Commencement Date, Licensee shall pay Licensor a fee of two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500) ("SITE INSPECTION FEE"). Licensee shall also pay a Site Inspection Fee for subsequent installations on a tower structure, which payment shall be due on or before the date that such Equipment is installed. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that Licensor installs Licensee's Equipment or if Licensee requests that Licensor install Licensee's Equipment, but Licensor is unable or unwilling to install Licensee's Equipment pursuant to Section 8.4, Licensor shall waive the Site Inspection Fee with respect to such installation.

  • Site Inspection Unless waived by Lender in accordance with Section 8.4, Lender shall have performed, or caused to be performed on its behalf, an on-site due diligence review of each Individual Property to be acquired or refinanced with the Loan, the results of which shall be satisfactory to Lender in Lender’s discretion.

  • Final Inspection Immediately prior to redelivery of the Aircraft, Lessee will make the Aircraft available to Lessor for inspection ("Final Inspection") in order to verify that the condition of the Aircraft complies with this Agreement. The Final Inspection will be long enough to permit Lessor to:-

  • Property Inspection The Servicer is required to inspect each Delinquent Mortgaged Property at such time and in such manner as is in accordance with Prudent Servicing Practices. The Servicer must prepare a Property Inspection Report following each inspection. All Property Inspection Reports must be retained by the Servicer and copies thereof must be forwarded to the Master Servicer promptly upon request. All expenses related to the foregoing shall be recoverable by the Servicer from the Principal or from Liquidation Proceeds, Insurance Proceeds, payments on the related Mortgage Loan or any other source relating to the related Mortgage Loan or the related Mortgaged Property.   • Visitation, Inspection, Etc The Borrower will, and will cause each of its Subsidiaries to, permit any representative of the Administrative Agent or any Lender, to visit and inspect its properties, to examine its books and records and to make copies and take extracts therefrom, and to discuss its affairs, finances and accounts with any of its officers and with its independent certified public accountants, all at such reasonable times and as often as the Administrative Agent or any Lender may reasonably request after reasonable prior notice to the Borrower.

  • Property Inspections The Servicer shall conduct property inspections in accordance with the milestones of the repair and rehabilitation plan for such Mortgaged Property and prepare Property Inspection Reports on any Mortgaged Property involving property damage over $15,000. The Servicer shall furnish a copy of the repair and rehabilitation plan for such Mortgaged Property to the Master Servicer upon request.

  • Construction Management Fee In connection with the Construction Projects, on a project by project basis, Property Manager shall be paid a fee equal to five percent (5%) of the hard costs for the project in question (the “Construction Management Fee”). The Construction Management Fee shall be payable from the Operating Account or from other funds timely provided by Company.

  • License Fee Controlled Affiliate will pay to BCBSA a fee for this License determined pursuant to the formula(s) set forth in Exhibit B.
