Common use of Site Supervisor Clause in Contracts

Site Supervisor. A Security Guard as defined above, but designated by the Company as a Site Supervisor, whose duties may include the additional responsibilities of on-site training of security guards, issuing disciplines excluding terminations, and other duties as assigned by the Company from time to time .

Site Supervisor. A Security Guard security guard as defined abovein 2.01, but designated by the Company as a Site Supervisor, whose duties may include with the additional responsibilities duties of on-site training being the client liaison, scheduling of guards on the site, ability to make recommendations to hire and discipline up to and including recommendation for termination of security guards, issuing disciplines excluding terminationsdealing with emergencies on the site, reporting all accidents, injuries and other duties as assigned by health and safety issues to the Company from time to time workplace health and safety committee.

Site Supervisor.
