Common use of SITUS OF EMPLOYMENT Clause in Contracts

SITUS OF EMPLOYMENT. Throughout the Term of this Agreement, the Executive's services shall be performed at the location where the Executive was employed immediately prior to the Effective Date, or any office of the Company which is located in the greater St. Louis area.
