Common use of SITUS OF EMPLOYMENT Clause in Contracts

SITUS OF EMPLOYMENT. Throughout the Employment Period, the Executive's services shall be performed at the Company's executive offices located in the greater St. Louis, Missouri metropolitan area.

SITUS OF EMPLOYMENT. Throughout the Employment PeriodTerm of this Agreement, the Executive's services shall be performed at the Company's executive offices headquarters and operations center of the Company which shall be located in the greater office in St. Louis, Missouri metropolitan areawhere the Executive was employed on the Effective Date.
