Common use of – Sixth General Wage Increase Clause in Contracts

– Sixth General Wage Increase. Effective July 1, 2007, all rates of pay resulting from that calculation for employees covered by this Agreement shall be increased in the amount of three (3) percent. The increase provided for in this Section 6 shall be applied in the same manner as provided for in Section 1 hereof.

– Sixth General Wage Increase. Effective July January 1, 20072015, all hourly, daily, weekly and monthly rates of pay resulting from that calculation in effect on December 31, 2014 for employees covered by this Agreement shall be increased in the amount of three (3) percent. The increase provided for in this Section 6 shall be percent applied in the same manner as provided for in Section 1 hereofhereof and applied so as to give effect to this increase irrespective of the method of payment.

– Sixth General Wage Increase. Effective July 1, 20072027, all rates of pay resulting from that calculation in effect on June 30, 2027, for employees covered by this Agreement shall be increased in the amount of three five (35) percent. The increase provided for in this Section 6 shall be applied in the same manner as provided for in Section 1 hereof.

– Sixth General Wage Increase. Effective July 1, 20072026, all rates of pay resulting from that calculation in effect on June 30, 2026, for employees covered by this Agreement shall be increased in the amount of three and one-quarter (33.25) percent. The increase provided for in this Section 6 shall be applied in the same manner as provided for in Section 1 hereof.
