Skill of Employees. Contractor warrants that employees shall have sufficient skill, knowledge, and training to perform Services and that the Services shall be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner.

Skill of Employees. Contractor shall ensure that any employees or agents providing services under this Agreement possess the requisite skill, training and experience to properly perform such services.

  • Engagement of Employees 8.1.1 All prospective Employees may be required to complete an Application for Employment form prior to engagement.
