Royalty Floor Notwithstanding the foregoing, during any Calendar Quarter in the Royalty Term for a Licensed Product in a particular region in the Territory, the operation of Section 9.3(c), individually or in combination shall not reduce the final royalty rate to [***].
Square Footage Buyer acknowledges that the square footage of the Property has not been measured by Seller, Seller’s broker or its auctioneer (including the square footage of the lot and home) and the square footage quoted on any marketing tools such as advertisements, brochures, MLS data, the auction website and any other information provided is based on information supplied to Seller and is deemed approximate and not guaranteed. Buyer further acknowledges that Buyer has not relied upon any such marketing tool and that such tools are not representations and/or warranties of Seller or its agent.
Building Name Landlord reserves the right at any time and from time to time to change the name by which the Building is designated.
Rentable Area 6.1. The term “Rentable Area” shall reflect such areas as reasonably calculated by Landlord’s architect, as the same may be reasonably adjusted from time to time by Landlord in consultation with Landlord’s architect to reflect changes to the Premises, the Building or the Project, as applicable.

Floor Load Tenant shall not place a load upon any floor of the Premises that exceeds 50 pounds per square foot “live load”. Name of Building Tenant shall not use the name of the Building for any purpose other than as the address of the business conducted by Tenant in the Premises without the written consent of Landlord. Landlord reserves the right to change the name of the Building at any time in its sole discretion by written notice to Tenant and Landlord shall not be liable to Tenant for any loss, cost or expense on account of any such change of name.
Capacity Building 1. Contractor will work in partnership with AOD to study the viability of billing under Drug Medi-Cal and 3rd party payer.
2. Contractor will document and track consumers who are CalWORKS eligible.
Building With respect to each parcel of Real Estate, all of the buildings, structures and improvements now or hereafter located thereon. Business Day. Any day on which banking institutions located in the same city and State as the Agent’s Head Office are located are open for the transaction of banking business and, in the case of LIBOR Rate Loans, which also is a LIBOR Business Day.
Space The Space shall refer to that part of the Premises to which the Government has exclusive use, such as Office Area, or other type of Space. Parking areas to which the Government has rights under this Lease are not included in the Space.
