Slab on Grade. The slab-on-grade shall be a minimum of 4" thick, 3,000 psi concrete, with welded wire fabric reinforcing, supported on a 4" aggregate base course. Sawcut control joints at spacing intervals recommended by the structural engineer. Slabs shall be constructed with a flatness tolerance of 1/4" in 10' radius.
Slab on Grade. (1) Five inch (5") thick 3,000 PSI concrete reinforced with synthetic fibers. The surface will be steel trowel finished and floors will be chemically cured and hardened with "Lapidolith". Subgrade will be chemically treated for termite protection. Caulking of floor joints is excluded.
Slab on Grade. Grantee agrees that all buildings constructed on the Property must be constructed slab on grade and must not have any living, working, storage or parking areas below grade.

Slab on Grade. Xxxxx agrees that all buildings constructed on the Property shall be constructed slab on grade and shall have no living, working, storage or parking areas below grade. Notwithstanding the foregoing, below-grade utilities and foundations are permitted, provided that Buyer protects them from vapor or liquid intrusion by installing an appropriate vapor/liquid barrier and vapor ventilation system, if required.
Slab on Grade. Minimum of 5" thick, reinforced with reinforcing bars (not welded wire mesh) over a membrane vapor barrier and above a compacted aggregate base.
Slab on Grade. A. Slab on grade to be 5" unreinforced slab on grade utilizing 5-1/2 sack, fG = 3000 psi concrete with 4" maximum slump Control joints per A.C.I. See structural drawings.
Slab on Grade. Perimeter insulation will be 2” polystyrene, 2 feet down and 2 feet in, foamular 250 - 4” stone base will be #6 stone covered with a 6 mil polyethylene vapor barrier -A 4”, 3,000 PSI concrete slab will be provided and receive 1 coat of curing compound to be coordinated with tenant.
Slab on Grade. Building slab on 6" thick concrete with 4000 PSI concrete and reinforcing per structural engineer's recommendations. Control joints or construction joints to be located at column grid lines and at mid points of all bays.
Slab on Grade a. 4" thick; 3,000 psi concrete with 8 mil. vapor barrier on compacted earth.
