STRUCTURAL DRAWINGS Clause Samples

The STRUCTURAL DRAWINGS clause defines the requirements and standards for the preparation, submission, and use of structural drawings in a construction project. It typically outlines who is responsible for providing these drawings, the level of detail they must include, and the process for review and approval by relevant parties such as architects or engineers. By establishing clear expectations for structural documentation, this clause ensures that all parties have accurate and consistent information, reducing the risk of construction errors and facilitating compliance with safety and design standards.

For voluntary seismic improvements, indicate the specific structural items to be upgraded and the load levels for which those items are designed. ...................................................................................................................... 2. Dimensioned foundation, floor and roof framing plans, including locations of all structural elements (e.g., foundations, walls, columns, beams). ........................................................................................... 3. Complete truss detailing, including open web manufactured trusses (unless deferred.) ......................... 4. Details for all elements of the lateral force resisting system ................................................................... 5. Details for all diaphragms, chords, and collectors ................................................................................... 6. All windows, doors, skylights, ducts, pipes and other openings identified and detailed. ......................... 7. STRUCTURAL DRAWINGS. Design Professional shall provide a conceptual structural framing plan of a typical floor that indicates the grid system (dimensioned), columns, shear walls, and related items.
STRUCTURAL DRAWINGS. Design Professional shall provide structural plans for each level of the structure at the same scale as that used for the architectural plans. Design Professional shall indicate the grid system (dimensioned), columns, load-bearing walls, shear walls, footings, and related items.
STRUCTURAL DRAWINGS. 7.4.1.1 Floor and foundations plans which clearly show: a. Principal dimensions b. All columns, shear walls, shafts and stairs c. Coordination of structure with architectural floor plans
STRUCTURAL DRAWINGS. If Tenant's mechanical equipment (including escalators, elevators . . .) requires a structural revision in the Landlord's shell, Tenant shall furnish Landlord with sufficient plans, specifications, and data that Landlord's structural engineers may design correct structural revisions.
STRUCTURAL DRAWINGS. 1) Plan drawings with all structural members located, sized and detailed. 2) Footing, beam, column and connection schedules. 3) Final building elevations (if applicable). 4) Foundation drawings, including footers and slabs.
STRUCTURAL DRAWINGS. Scale at least Redlined architectural drawings are acceptable if accurate. 1. Drawings: a. Foundation b. 2nd Floor Framing plan c. Roof Framing plan d. Special inspections: Provide a list of required inspections. e. Provide a list of additional recommended inspections. List on one of the S sheets 2. Identify size of all major structural members
STRUCTURAL DRAWINGS. Swimming pool / surge tank structural sections. • Swimming pool / surge tank reinforcement schedules. • Miscellaneous swimming pool structural details.
STRUCTURAL DRAWINGS. (1) Plans and sections of sufficient clarity to show the extent and type of structures and foundations. (2) Details and notes to show that the structure conforms to the provisions of applicable codes and is otherwise sufficient. (3) Notes to indicate foundation and structural design complies with the requirements of soils analysis and applicable seismic requirements. (4) Notes on provisions to meet special requirements such as vibration and acoustical constraints. (5) Calculations-Legible sheets showing the structural engineering calculations for all structural components of the Project.
