SmartFile. The SmartFile online file storage system is our way of providing your service and reactive repair records. As soon as we receive your service sheets & reactive repair records, report and surveys documents they will be uploaded to your electronic asset file. You will have access to our SmartFile online file storage system so that you will access via your provided password. The SmartFile system can be found on our professional services website at xxxx://xxx.xxx.xx.xxx/. This system will contain all your Service Level Agreement related service sheets and reactive repair reports, report and surveys also important notices; these can be viewed by you at anytime. Guidance notes have been provided previously to assist you in accessing your service & reactive repair records, report and surveys. If you do have any problems accessing or seeing the information, please contact: Service sheets & reactive repair records, reports and surveys will be provided electronically via the SmartFile only, also notices and important information will also be provided via the Smartfile.

  • Database File The Servicer will provide the Successor Servicer with a magnetic tape (in a format reasonably acceptable to the Indenture Trustee and the Servicer) containing the database file for each Contract (i) as of the Initial Cutoff Date, (ii) the Subsequent Cutoff Date, (iii) thereafter, as of the last day of the preceding Due Period on each Determination Date prior to a Service Transfer and (iv) on and as of the Business Day before the actual commencement of servicing functions by the Successor Servicer following the occurrence of a Service Transfer.

  • Personnel File An employee, or the President of the Union, or his/her designate, with the written authority of the employee, shall be entitled to review the employee's personnel file(s), both paper and, if applicable, electronic, in the office in which the file is normally kept, in order to facilitate the investigation of a grievance. The employee or the President, as the case may be, shall give the Employer adequate notice prior to having access to such file(s).

  • Data Integrity Policies and procedures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Customer Data or Professional Services Data and protect it from disclosure, improper alteration, or destruction.

  • Workstation Encryption Supplier will require hard disk encryption of at least 256-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) on all workstations and/or laptops used by Personnel where such Personnel are accessing or processing Accenture Data.

  • COMPUTER GRAPHICS FILES The Engineer agrees to comply with Attachment G, Computer Graphics Files for Document and Information Exchange, if determined by the State to be applicable to this contract.

  • Data Integrity Control Personal Data will remain intact, complete and current during processing activities.

  • Data Encryption Contractor must encrypt all State data at rest and in transit, in compliance with FIPS Publication 140-2 or applicable law, regulation or rule, whichever is a higher standard. All encryption keys must be unique to State data. Contractor will secure and protect all encryption keys to State data. Encryption keys to State data will only be accessed by Contractor as necessary for performance of this Contract.

  • RDDS Registration Data Directory Services refers to the collective of WHOIS and Web-­‐based WHOIS services as defined in Specification 4 of this Agreement.

  • Online Payments may be made online from the Money Matters tab in the Licensee’s Cal Poly Portal or at xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/student_accounts/online_payments.asp. Online payments can be made with either eCheck (with no added convenience fee) or credit card (with an added 2.75% convenience fee). Online payments received after 5:00 pm will be recorded as paid the following business day.
