SmartFile. The SmartFile online file storage system is our way of providing your service and reactive repair records. As soon as we receive your service sheets & reactive repair records, report and surveys documents they will be uploaded to your electronic asset file. You will have access to our SmartFile online file storage system so that you will access via your provided password. The SmartFile system can be found on our professional services website at xxxx://xxx.xxx.xx.xxx/. This system will contain all your Service Level Agreement related service sheets and reactive repair reports, report and surveys also important notices; these can be viewed by you at anytime. Guidance notes have been provided previously to assist you in accessing your service & reactive repair records, report and surveys. If you do have any problems accessing or seeing the information, please contact: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxx.xxx or xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxx.xxx.xx. Service sheets & reactive repair records, reports and surveys will be provided electronically via the SmartFile only, also notices and important information will also be provided via the Smartfile. Please note that the information made available for online access via the SmartFile system will be updated and removed on a regular basis (normally annually on the 1st April) and superseded records will not be retained by the TDA-Property Services – please ensure that you save copies of your data in a suitable format in a secure location for future use.   • Personnel File (a) An employee, or the President of the Union (or the President's designate) with the written authority of the employee, shall be entitled to review an employee's personnel file, in the office in which the file is normally kept. The employee or the President, as the case may be, shall give the Employer adequate notice prior to having access to such files.

  • Data Integrity Contractor shall implement policies and procedures reasonably intended to ensure that Protected Health Information and Personally Identifiable Information in its possession is complete, accurate, and current, to the extent necessary for the Contractor’s intended purposes, and has not been altered or destroyed in an unauthorized manner.

  • Workstation Encryption Supplier will require hard disk encryption of at least 256-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) on all workstations and/or laptops used by Personnel where such Personnel are accessing or processing Accenture Data.

  • COMPUTER GRAPHICS FILES The Engineer agrees to comply with Attachment G, Computer Graphics Files for Document and Information Exchange, if determined by the State to be applicable to this contract.

  • Data Integrity Control Personal Data will remain intact, complete and current during processing activities.

  • GetData BellSouth is authorized to provide, at a minimum, the account owner and/or Regional Accounting Office information on the lines of Express Connection indicating the local service provider and where billing records are to be sent for settlement purposes. This query service may be modified to provide additional information in the future.

  • Data Encryption Contractor must encrypt all State data at rest and in transit, in compliance with FIPS Publication 140-2 or applicable law, regulation or rule, whichever is a higher standard. All encryption keys must be unique to State data. Contractor will secure and protect all encryption keys to State data. Encryption keys to State data will only be accessed by Contractor as necessary for performance of this Contract.

  • RDDS Registration Data Directory Services refers to the collective of WHOIS and Web-­‐based WHOIS services as defined in Specification 4 of this Agreement.
