Common use of SMEA RESPONSIBILITIES Clause in Contracts

SMEA RESPONSIBILITIES. The SMEA, having been recognized as the exclusive bargaining agent for the employees, agrees that it will cooperate with the Board in enforcing the work standards, schedules, rules and regulations of this Agreement and will not engage in nor encourage concerted action of any type, including strikes, against the Board which would be in violation of this Agreement or in violation of the laws or statutes of the State of Michigan.
