In accordance with The Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Alarm (England) Regulations 2015 the Landlord has provided a smoke alarm on every storey (floor) of the Property on which there is a room used wholly or partly as living accommodation; and a carbon monoxide detector/alarm in any room used wholly or partly as living accommodation which contains a solid fuel burning combustion appliance. The Landlord will have the alarms and detectors checked and tested to ensure that they are fully operational at the start of the Term.
