Smoking Cessation Reimbursement. (2017) Employees shall be reimbursed upon proof of participation for the costs of smoking cessation programs, including the cost of related prescriptions, if required, up to a limit of two hundred dollars ($200) per employee. If an employee resumes smoking after receiving the benefit of this Article, such benefit shall not subsequently apply. Employees must seek reimbursement for the smoking cessation program through their health insurance plan.
