University View is a 100% non-smoking facility; smoking (including vaping and e-cigarettes) is prohibited at all times in apartments, in hallways and stairwells, on balconies, in the pool area, in community amenity spaces and in all other indoor areas. The following items are prohibited in all buildings in the community: candles with xxxxx, incense, flammable liquids or gases (including propane and gasoline), or other flammable or incendiary substances. University View is a 100% non-smoking facility; smoking (including vaping and e-cigarettes) and burning candles or incense are prohibited at all times in apartments, in hallways and stairwells, on balconies, in the pool area, in community amenity spaces and in all other indoor areas. Any smoking inside any apartment by a resident or guest will subject the resident(s) to a minimum deep- cleaning fee of $250, plus any additional costs of cleaning or repair in connection with smoking or other smoke-related damage. Smoking; Flammables. ✓ No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property of ELC (including buildings, grounds, and parking lot). ELC is a smoke-free facility. ✓ Candles and/or other open flames are prohibited. Explosive or flammable materials such as kerosene, propane, paint stripper, etc. may not be used or brought into any area without the supervision of ELC personnel.
