Snowmass Base Village. The Project is also subject to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Base Village as recorded December 14, 2007, under Reception No. 544882 in the Pitkin County Records, and as amended and supplemented from time to time (the “Master Declaration”), which governs the use, operation and administration of the property subject to the Master Declaration (such property “Snowmass Base Village”).
