Social Events. Receptions, technical tours, pre- and post-Congress trips, and a social programme shall be arranged by The Host. As a minimum, The Host shall provide complimentary access to a Welcome Reception and Exhibitors Reception for all participants and accompanying persons. Other social events may be offered as complimentary or at a reasonable fee. It is recommended that the fee for exhibition space include an allocation to support the Exhibitors Reception.
Social Events. Social events that wish to take place on the gym floor are permitted if space is available.
