Soda. A. The Administration shall determine the number of individuals needed to grade the yearly coursework of students enrolled in the Southern Ohio Digital Academy (“SODA”). Such work shall first be assigned by the Administration to teachers who have availability in their daily work schedules, provided such teachers receive their preparation time and lunch break required by Article 12, Section C and D of this Agreement.
