Soft. World shall be responsible for setting up the charging system and User Registration, and Gamease shall be in charge of the technical work involved in the building of the login system and internal charging system of the game. Gamease may provide the programme of updates of internal charging system, and Soft-World may install the programs provided by Gamease or authorize Gamease to complete it. Both Parties shall jointly complete the connection of the systems, and Soft-World shall offer the backstage entrance of the charging system to Gamease for its check of charge historical information at any time.

Soft. World hereby warrants that it will not sell the product packages and prepaid cards in Hong Kong and Macau.
Soft. World shall be entitled the priority as the agent of any continuation or additional story of TLBB developed by Gamease or other online games launched by Gamease.
Soft. World may sublicense a part of the game’s service operation under this Agreement to its subsidiary (Game Flier International Corporation); however, Soft-World shall bear joint and several liabilities for the performance of its subsidiary.
Soft. Phone System- ICC will get access to CAO soft-phone system which will allow ICC to make and receive calls as well as texts. ICC is responsible for acquiring the appropriate technology to get access to system such as: computer, high-speed internet, microphone or headset. ICC also understands that all calls made vial computer, table and app will be recorded for training, quality and compliance purposes. IMR understands that for their protection they must use online softphone or app calling CAO clients. This service is provided at no cost for all national calls. However, IMR understands that they will be responsible charges incurred for international calls.

  • WORK CLOTHING Two sets of cotton drill protective clothing will be issued to all employees, upon request, within two weeks of commencing work with the Company. Employees will be made aware of these entitlements at the time of employment. A set of clothing will consist of either: • Two pairs of overalls; or • Two combination bib and brace; or • Two pairs of long trousers and two long sleeved shirt; or • Work denims at cost no greater than the above three choices • Clothing and footwear will be replaced on a fair wear and tear basis.

  • Onboarding The parties acknowledge that the City provides a new employee orientation (onboarding) to each new employee hired by the City. As such, the Union will be provided with not less than 10 calendar days’ advanced notice of the time, date, and location of the onboarding of any new employee represented by the Union. The Union will be given 30- minutes at the start of the new employee onboarding in a room designated by the City for no more than one (1) representative to present Union membership information. The City representative will excuse him or herself during the Union portion of the onboarding. The Union agrees in its portion of the onboarding not to engage in speech that could cause disruption or material interference with City activities. The City will provide 30 minutes of Union Release Time to the Union representative presenting the Union membership information during the scheduled onboarding. The Union shall provide the Union representative’s immediate supervisor with the Union representative’s name at least five (5) days prior to the onboarding. The Union representative shall be released for this purpose unless unusual operation needs interfere with such release in which case the Union representative’s immediate supervisor will provide a written explanation of why release could not be approved. If the Union representative is not released due to department operational needs, the Union representative may arrange an alternative date and time to meet with the newly hired employee within the first two (2) weeks of employment, subject to the 30-minutes onboarding and Union Release Time requirements as stipulated above.

  • Film Children shall be restricted from viewing age-restricted films classified according to the recommendations of the British Board of Film Classification. Hirers should ensure that they have the appropriate copyright licences for film.

  • Video This restriction includes, but is not limited to, use of the Beat and/or New Song in television, commercials, film/movies, theatrical works, video games, and in any other form on the Internet which is not expressly permitted herein.

  • Clothing Employees after 152 hours employment with the Company will be supplied with: i) Two sets of shorts, overalls or trousers and shirts, or any combination of clothing as agreed between the employees and the Company which shall be replaced on a fair wear and tear basis; ii) Safety boots will be provided on commencement of employment and replaced on a fair wear and tear basis. iii) A jumper, or in the case of employees engaged upon construction work, a bluey jacket, which shall be replaced on a fair wear and tear basis. iv) Where ever possible ‘Australian Made’ protective clothing will be issued.

  • FLOORING All Bed Rooms, Dinning-cum-Living, and would be finished with Ivory Vitrified tiles (24'' X 24'') flooring and 4'' skirting. Bath-room, Kitchen & Balcony would be finished with Ivory Ceramic tiles (12'' X 12'') flooring. The walls of the Toilets/Bathrooms would finish with white glazed tiles in 60'' height. Roof would be finished with roof tiles.

  • Photography State may grant permits to persons or corporations engaged in the production of still and motion pictures and related activities for the use of the Premises for such purposes when such permission shall not interfere with the primary business of Concessionaire. Such permits shall not be deemed to be a competitive activity with regard to Concessionaire’s rights to possession and operation under this Contract.

  • Tooling Unless otherwise specified in this Agreement, all tooling and/or all other articles required for the performance hereof shall be furnished by Seller, maintained in good condition and replaced when necessary at Seller's expense. If NETAPP agrees to pay Seller for special tooling or other items either separately or as a stated part of the unit price of Goods purchased herein, title to same shall be and remain in NETAPP upon payment therefore.

  • Cryptography Supplier will maintain policies and standards on the use of cryptographic controls that are implemented to protect Accenture Data.
