Soft copy. 9.14.1 This Agreement or any Transaction Document may be sent to Client by IGF in soft copy format, such as a PDF file. Where Client has printed a Transaction Document for signature from such soft copy format, Client represents and warrants that no changes have been made to the text (including dates and charges).

  • BACKUP COPY You may make one backup copy of the software. You may use it only to reinstall the software.

  • EXECUTION COPY Each of Holdings and the Borrower agrees that all Indebtedness of Holdings, the Borrower and each of its Subsidiaries that is owing to any Credit Party shall be evidenced by one or more global intercompany promissory notes in the form of Exhibit J.

  • EXECUTED COPY Any fully executed photocopy or similar reproduction of this Lease shall be deemed an original for all purposes.

  • Agreement Copies Copies of the agreement shall be printed and distributed by the District to all employees covered by this Agreement.

  • Borrower’s Copy One Borrower will be given one copy of the Note and of this Security Instrument.

  • Conformed copy of contract Network Rail shall produce and send to the Train Operator and to XXX a conformed copy of this contract within 28 days of the making of any amendment or modification to it (including any modification made by virtue of Schedule 10).

  • DESCRIPTION OF CONTRACT MODIFICATION This contract modification is made in accordance with Exhibit E-Revised-1, Contractual Terms and Conditions, Section 22. CHANGES, to be made part hereof for all pertinent purposes. The changes are as follows:

  • Multiple Copies This Agreement may be executed in any number of copies and each such copy shall be deemed an original.

  • Backup Copies You may also make copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT as may be necessary for backup and archival purposes.

  • Rev If a tenant is denied assistance for this reason, the owner or managing agent must follow the procedures set out in the lease.
