Common use of Software Access and Software Maintenance Clause in Contracts

Software Access and Software Maintenance. Software images and/or updates to the Software, if and when available, may be (a) made available in the form of new images and via the Vendor’s Cloud (“Gold Image”), (b) transferred by you to a Cloud and/or (c) made available to you via a Red Hat Portal. Certain information (such as Software related notices) may only be available to you via the Red Hat Portal.
