Common use of Software Services Clause in Contracts

Software Services. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, OpenGov will use commercially reasonable efforts to perform the software services identified in the applicable Order Form entered into by OpenGov and Customer (“Software Services”).

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, OpenGov will use commercially reasonable efforts to perform the software services identified in the applicable Order Form entered into by OpenGov and Customer (“Software Services”). OpenGov shall obtain any license, permit, or approval if applicable and necessary from any agency whatsoever for providing the Software Services to Customer, at OpenGov’s own expense and shall comply with all federal, state and local laws applicable to this Agreement.
