Licensors Services. During the Term, Licensor shall provide trash removal, security, heating and cooling, electrical, water and sewer services to the Shopping Center, including the License Area, common area maintenance, landscape and snow removal services (collectively, "Services") typical of services provided to tenants in other first class enclosed shopping centers in northern Virginia.

Licensor shall provide Licensee with reasonable access to the Licensed Premises and shall otherwise have no other obligation to provide Licensee with any services, utilities, facilities or supplies for the Licensed Premises except the utilities and systems serving the Licensed Premises as of the commencement date of this License. If Licensor is prevented or delayed from providing any such service, or perform any other obligation under this License, by reason of any cause, then Licensor shall not be liable to Licensee therefor, and Licensee shall not be entitled to any reduction or abatement of amounts due hereunder.

Licensor shall provide or arrange with a concessionaire to provide, as appropriate and agreed to by the Parties, food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, wait staff, bartenders, food preparation workers, cleaning staff, and related supervisory personnel. Selections must be finalized no later than (14) days prior to the Event commencement date. Licensor in its sole discretion will determine whether emergency medical services will be provided for an Event and if provided, Licensor will arrange for a licensed emergency medical care and transportation provider to be present at the Venue for the duration of the Event. The cost of such provider will be invoiced separately at a cost payable by Licensee no later than (14) days prior to the Event date].
