Solicitation Exceptions. For the avoidance of doubt, newspaper, periodical or Internet-based listings of employment opportunities by a Party shall not be considered direct or indirect solicitation of an employee of the other Party; however, such Party shall continue to be precluded from engaging or otherwise using a Party’s employee, former employee or consultant as provided for in Section 20.2.
