Solicitation Exceptions. For the avoidance of doubt, newspaper, periodical or Internet-based listings of employment opportunities by a Party shall not be considered direct or indirect solicitation of an employee, consultant, former employee or former consultant of the other Party or Affiliate. However, such Party shall continue to be precluded from engaging or otherwise using a Party’s and Affiliate’s employee, former employee, consultant or former consultant as set forth in this Section 6.6.
