SOLICITATION OF STAFF a. The parent/guardian of the child who is subject to this Registration Form, hereby agrees that during the term of this agreement and for the period of six months after its termination (however terminated) that (s)he will not seek to employ, entice away or attempt to entice away from the employment of Hopscotch Nursery ('the Company') any person or persons employed by the Company at the date of termination of this agreement or any person or persons who were employed by the Company in the six months preceding the date of termination of the agreement.
SOLICITATION OF STAFF. 20.1 Without the prior written permission of Xxxxxxxxx, You shall not employ, or solicit for employment (as an employee or contractor) any Xxxxxxxxx staff member during the contract for Xxxxxxxxx services, and for a period of three months after Xxxxxxxxx has finished the contracted services.

The Supplier shall not during the Term nor for the period of 6 months thereafter directly or indirectly employ or otherwise engage (or seek to employ or engage) any employees or other workers of ARC or any ARC Client with whom the Supplier has had contact during the provision of the Services, save where such employee or worker merely responds to a general advertisement for a vacancy with the Supplier.

Neither party shall at any time during the period of this Agreement nor for twelve months after the termination of this Agreement for any reason, solicit the employment of, or employ, any person who has for any period during the previous twelve months been employed by the other and engaged in the provision or receipt of the Services.

During the Term of this Agreement or within one year following the early termination or expiry of this Agreement, neither party will approach any then-employee of the other party involved in the performance of this Agreement with the intention of employing said person without the written consent of the other party, provided that during any Phase Out Period or period of negotiation described in Section 9 of this Agreement, and notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, DRC may solicit for employment those persons directly involved with Selenium Coatings.

SOLICITATION OF STAFF. 20.1 Whilst the Agreement is in force and for a period of 3 (three) months from its termination or expiry, neither party will directly or indirectly (other than through a response to a published advertisement) employ or engage the services of any person who was concerned on behalf of the other party in the performance of any of the Services pursuant to the Agreement. If either party is in breach of this clause, the party so employing or engaging such person shall immediately pay to the other as liquidated damages a sum equal to the first 6 (six) months’ gross remuneration of the person so engaged.
