Non-Solicitation of Clients. During the Restricted Period, the Executive agrees not to solicit, directly or indirectly, on his own behalf or on behalf of any other person(s), any client of the Company to whom the Company had provided services at any time during the Executive’s employment with the Company in any line of business that the Company conducts as of the date of the Executive’s termination of employment or that the Company is actively soliciting, for the purpose of marketing or providing any service competitive with any service then offered by the Company.
Non-Solicitation of Clients. During the Restricted Period, the Executive shall not solicit or otherwise attempt to establish any business relationship with any Person that is, or during the 12-month period preceding the date of the Executive’s termination of employment with the Company was, a customer, client or distributor of the Company or any of its subsidiaries if the solicitation or establishment of the business relationship is in connection with or on behalf of any business that the Executive is precluded from providing services to pursuant to Section 11(b).
Non-Solicitation of Clients. Executive acknowledges that Executive will learn and develop Confidential Information relating to the Company’s Clients and relating to the Company’s servicing of those Clients. Executive recognizes that the Company’s relationships with its Clients are extremely valuable to it and that the protection of the Company’s relationships with its Clients is essential. Accordingly, and in consideration of the Company’s employment of Executive and the various benefits and payments provided in conjunction therewith, Executive agrees that during the Employment Period and for the longer period (“Restricted Period”) thereafter of (i) the period for which Executive is entitled to receive severance payments under Section 5.2(a)(i) or (ii) twelve (12) months following any termination of employment with the Company, Executive will not, whether or not Executive is then self-employed or employed by another, directly or through another, provide services that are the same or similar to those services offered for sale and/or under any stage of development by the Company at the time of Executive’s termination, to any Client of the Company whom Executive:
Non-Solicitation of Clients. During the period of the Grantee’s employment with the Company and for a period of one year from the date of termination of such employment for any reason, the Grantee agrees that he/she will not, directly or indirectly, for the Grantee’s benefit or on behalf of any person, corporation, partnership or entity whatsoever, call on, solicit, perform services for, interfere with or endeavor to entice away from the Company any client to whom the Company provides services at any time during the 12 month period proceeding the date of termination of the Grantee’s employment with the Company, or any prospective client to whom the Company had made a presentation at any time during the 12 month period preceding the date of termination of the Grantee’s employment with the Company.
Non-Solicitation of Clients. Until the end of the period stated in the Schedule, you will not attempt to Solicit any Client to transact business with a Competitive Enterprise or to reduce or refrain from doing any business with the MF Global Group.
Non-Solicitation of Clients. During your employment with the Company under this Agreement and for a 12-month period after the end of your employment with the Company under this Agreement, you will not:

While employed by the Company and, in the event of a termination of Executive’s employment (other than in the event of a Change of Control and subsequent termination by the Company without Cause or by Executive for Good Reason or a termination due to non-renewal of the Term by the Company at the first time on or after the Change of Control that the Term is up for renewal), for a period of one year thereafter, in consideration of the obligations of the Company hereunder, including without limitation its disclosure of Confidential Information to Executive, Executive shall not, directly or indirectly, for himself or as principal, agent, independent contractor, consultant, director, officer, member, or employee of any other person, firm, corporation, partnership, company, association, business or other entity, solicit, attempt to contract with, or enter into a contractual or business relationship of any kind pertaining to any aspect of the Company’s Business, or any other business conducted by the Company or any Company Affiliate at the time of termination of employment or at any time in the prior 12-month period, with any person or entity with which the Company or any Company Affiliate has any contractual or business relationship, or engaged in negotiations toward such a contract, in the previous 12 months, if such solicitation, attempt to contract with, or entering into a contractual or business relationship would have a material adverse effect on the Company’s operations, financial condition, prospects or relationship with such person or entity.
Non-Solicitation of Clients. (i) The Executive hereby agrees that during the Covenant Period, the Executive will not, in any manner, directly or indirectly, (A) Solicit (as defined below) a Client (as defined below) to transact business with a Competitive Enterprise or to reduce or refrain from doing any business with the Company and its affiliated companies or (B) interfere with or damage (or attempt to interfere with or damage) any relationship between the Company or any of its affiliated companies and a Client.
Non-Solicitation of Clients. I agree that while I am employed by the Company, and for twelve months immediately following the termination of my employment with the Company, I shall not, directly or indirectly, contact or solicit any Clients of the Company for the purpose of selling or supplying to these Clients or the Company any products or services which are competitive with the products or services sold or supplied by the Company at the time of my termination. The term “Client of the Company” in the preceding sentence means any business or organization that:

The Executive agrees that, during the term of the Agreement, any subsequent one-year extension term, and for a period of one (1) year after termination of his employment under the Agreement, howsoever brought about, he will not directly or indirectly, for himself or for any other person, firm, corporation partnership, association or other entity: (i) induce any person who is an actual client or a known targeted prospective client of the Company to patronize any competing firm; (ii) canvass, solicit or accept any business relationship from any person who is an actual client or a known targeted prospective client of the Company; (iii) directly or indirectly request or advise any person who is an actual client or a known targeted prospective client of the Company to withdraw, curtail or cancel such business with the Company; or (iv) directly or indirectly disclose to any other person, firm or corporation the names or addresses of any of the actual clients or known targeted prospective clients of the Company.
