Common use of Solid Waste Facilities Clause in Contracts

Solid Waste Facilities. 4.4.1 The building shall include designated space for five stream commercial waste containers (1. Garbage, 2. Blue Bag Recyclables, 3. Paper, 4. Corrugated Cardboard, and 5. Organics) to accommodate source separation program in accordance with By-law S-600 as amended from time to time.
