Space, Equipment and Supplies a. Hospital shall provide space within Hospital for Provider to perform the Services under this Agreement (excluding Provider’s private office space); however, Provider shall not have exclusivity over any space or equipment provided therein and shall not use the space or equipment for any purpose not related to the proper functioning of the Departments.
Space, Equipment and Supplies. Hospital shall furnish UCSF and Physicians with such space, equipment, staff, supplies and support services as reasonably necessary for UCSF to fulfill its responsibilities hereunder. Hospital agrees to keep and maintain said premises in good and sanitary order, condition and repair.

During the term of this Agreement, WellQuest will make available the space, utilities, equipment, supplies, and services, including housekeeping and laundry, reasonably necessary for the proper operation of the WellQuest Centers and for Physician to fulfill Physician’s administrative responsibilities as the Medical Director of the WellQuest Centers. WellQuest will maintain all such equipment in good order and repair.
