Housekeeping and Laundry. The Hotel will provide each of the Guests on a weekly basis linens and xxxxx goods (towels, etc.), provided that all housekeeping services, except as set forth in (g) below, shall be provided by or arranged by CDPH employees or other trained personnel, including without limitation cleaning rooms, changing linens or xxxxx goods or arranging for laundering of Guests’ clothing. CDPH employees or other trained personnel shall also be responsible for moving trash/waste from Guest rooms to the Hotel’s dumpsters. The Hotel currently sends all laundry offsite. CDPH employees or other trained personnel will deliver all dirty or soiled laundry, linens and xxxxx to a centralized location at the Hotel, and the Hotel will arrange for it to be sent to the offsite laundry service. Hotel personnel will deliver laundered linens and xxxxx to specified floors and those items will be taken to Guest rooms by CDPH employees or other trained personnel. The City and CDPH has represented that after departure of any Guests the rooms are not hazardous and do not pose a risk to persons cleaning them. Accordingly Hotel housekeepers will be required to clean rooms upon the departure and check-out of each Guest. If CDPH employees or other trained personnel determine that a room is hazardous or poses a risk to persons who would be cleaning the room, that room will be cleaned by CDPH employees or other trained personnel.
Housekeeping and Laundry. Oakdale of La Mesa will provide routine weekly light housekeeping services to your Apartment. There are washers and dryers on the premises for you to perform your personal laundry. Bed making, laundry services and additional housekeeping services, as needed or requested, are available for an additional fee as set forth in Appendix A.

  • Housekeeping There is no daily maid service. Linens and towels are included and not to be taken from the unit. An initial setup of trash liners, bathroom paper, soap is provided. There is a $_CleaningFee_ one time cleaning fee. Additional cleaning fees will be due in the event that cleaning involves the removal of excessive sand.

  • Training and Orientation (a) No employee shall be required to work on any job or operate any piece of equipment until he/she has received proper training and instruction.

  • Training and Promotion a. The contractor will assist in locating, qualifying, and increasing the skills of minorities and women who are applicants for employment or current employees. Such efforts should be aimed at developing full journey level status employees in the type of trade or job classification involved.

  • Felling and Bucking Felling shall be done to minimize breakage of Included Timber and dam- age to residual timber. Unless agreed otherwise, felling shall be done by saws or shears. Bucking shall be done to permit removal of all minimum pieces set forth in A2. Purchaser may buck out cull material when necessary to produce pieces meeting Utilization Standards. Such bucked out material shall contain a minimum amount of sound wood, not in excess of the net scale in percentage of gross scale, or based on the merchantability factor, whichever is stated in A2. If necessary to assess extent of defect, Purchaser shall make sample saw cuts or wedges. B6.411 Felling in Clearings. Insofar as ground conditions, tree lean, and shape of clearings per- mit, trees shall be felled so that their tops do not extend outside Clearcutting Units, construction clearings, and ar- eas of regeneration cutting. B6.000 Xxxxx Xxxxxxx. Stumps shall not exceed, on the side adjacent to the highest ground, the maximum heights set forth in A6, except that occasional stumps of greater heights are acceptable when Purchaser determines that they are necessary for safe and efficient conduct of logging. Unless otherwise agreed, Purchaser shall re-cut high stumps so they will not exceed heights specified in A6 and shall dispose of severed portions in the same manner as other logging debris. The xxxxx heights shown in A6 were selected with the objective of maximum reasonable utilization of the timber, unless Sale Area Map shows special areas where xxxxx heights are lower for aesthetic, land treatment, or silvicultural rea- sons.

  • Skidding and Yarding Methods of skid- ding or yarding specified for particular areas, if any, are indicated on Sale Area Map. Outside Clearcutting Units and construction clearings, insofar as ground conditions permit, products shall not be skidded against reserve trees or groups of reproduction and tractors shall be equipped with a winch to facilitate skidding. B6.421 Rigging. Insofar as practicable, needed rigging shall be slung on stumps or trees desig- nated for cutting.

  • Quality Management System Supplier hereby undertakes, warrants and confirms, and will ensue same for its subcontractors, to remain certified in accordance with ISO 9001 standard or equivalent. At any time during the term of this Agreement, the Supplier shall, if so instructed by ISR, provide evidence of such certifications. In any event, Supplier must notify ISR, in writing, in the event said certification is suspended and/or canceled and/or not continued.

  • Housekeeping Service and Cleanliness Housekeeping Service will be provided to clean only the kitchenette and washroom areas of the Room on a regularly scheduled basis as posted by the Manager. This Housekeeping Service is not optional. Residents must ensure that all counters and sinks are clear of any dishes, appliances, or any other personal items. As part of the Housekeeping Service, the Room will be inspected. Should the Room be found in an unhygienic state, the Resident(s) will be given 24 hours to return it to a proper state, or it will be cleaned at the discretion of the Manager with a minimum charge of $25.00. The Resident shall, at all times during the Term, keep all parts of the Room clean, including and not limited to; floor coverings, doors, walls, ceilings, kitchenette appliances, counters, cupboards, faucets, sinks, furniture, glass, window frames, and other furnishings. Vacuums, brooms, and mops may be signed out at the front desk, subject to availability.

  • Training and Education SECTION 1 – Law Enforcement Supervisors’ Training The state and the PBA recognize the importance of supervisor training programs to develop management skills in our law enforcement supervisors. The state will make a reasonable effort to continue existing training programs in law enforcement techniques and to develop new programs in performance review techniques, supervisory skills, and managerial techniques.

  • Monitoring and Management Information C10.1 The Contractor shall comply with the monitoring arrangements set out in the Monitoring Schedule including, but not limited to, providing such data and information as the Contractor may be required to produce under the Contract.
