Common use of Space Planning Allowance Clause in Contracts

Space Planning Allowance. In addition to the Tenant Finish Allowance, Landlord shall provide an allowance ("Space Planning Allowance") not to exceed $.10 per rentable square foot in the Premises (total $2,990.30) or the actual cost of such Services, whichever is less, to be applied to Tenant's space planning costs.
