Common use of Space Planning Allowance Clause in Contracts

Space Planning Allowance. Landlord shall provide an allowance (the “Space Planning Allowance”) to Tenant of up to $8,440.00 to reimburse Tenant for the architectural and engineering fees incurred by Xxxxxx in preparing an initial space plan for the Premises. Said Space Planning Allowance shall be provided to Tenant not later than thirty (30) days after delivery to Landlord of the initial space plan, along with a copy of the invoice for said architectural and engineering fees.

Space Planning Allowance. Landlord shall provide an allowance (the a “Space Planning Allowance”) to Tenant of ” in the amount up to $8,440.00 to reimburse Tenant for 0.12 per rentable square foot of the architectural and engineering fees incurred by Xxxxxx Premises (i.e., $841.32) toward the cost of preparation of Space Plan set forth in preparing an initial space plan for the PremisesSection 2.2.1. Said This Space Planning Allowance shall be provided in addition to the Tenant not later than thirty (30) days after delivery to Landlord of the initial space plan, along with a copy of the invoice for said architectural and engineering feesImprovement Allowance set forth in Section 2.4 below.

In addition to the Improvement Allowance, Landlord shall provide an allowance in the amount of $4,685.73 (calculated at $.07 per rentable square foot of the Expansion Premises) to be applied toward the cost of the Space Plan (the “Space Planning Plan Allowance”) to Tenant of up to $8,440.00 to reimburse Tenant for the architectural and engineering fees incurred by Xxxxxx in preparing an initial space plan for the Premises. Said Space Planning Allowance shall be provided to Tenant not later than thirty (30) days after delivery to Landlord of the initial space plan, along with a copy of the invoice for said architectural and engineering fees).

Said Space Planning Allowance shall be provided to Tenant not later than thirty (30) days after delivery to Landlord of the initial space plan, along with a copy of the invoice for said architectural and engineering fees).
