Common use of Space Clause in Contracts

Space. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Institution agrees that User may use the following Space or Space and equipment at the Institution: (INSERT DESCRIPTION OF SPACE AND EQUIPMENT TO BE USED, e.g., Classroom 150 in Painter Hall) Permitted Use. User may use the Space for the following, and for no other purpose: (INSERT DESCRIPTION OF USE ALLOWED, e.g., User may use the Space to conduct non-credit classes in genealogy.) Concession rights for the activity shall be as follows: (INSERT CONCESSION RIGHTS IN HERE)
