Spam and Abuse. You’ll follow all documentation we provide for the APIs and adhere to the acceptable use policy below. You won’t attempt to hack or change the way the Service functions. We may monitor your use of the APIs for compliance with these rules and throttle your use of the APIs, deny you access to the API, or shut down your Integration if you try to go around or exceed the limitations we set.

Spam and Abuse. You’ll follow all documentation we provide for the APIs. You won’t attempt to hack or change the way the Services function. If you are building an integration with your own application or service, your integration will not require that your end users create their own account or use their own API keys. You will not create multiple accounts to obtain more than 2,500 free requests per day from the Service. We may throttle your use of the APIs at any time. We may monitor your use of the APIs for compliance with these rules, and we may deny You access to the API or shut down your Integration if you try to go around or exceed the limitations we set.
Spam and Abuse. PSS strives to protect its users from spam and abuse. Technical abuse and user abuse is not tolerated on ProStar, and will result in permanent suspension. Any accounts engaging in the activities specified below are subject to permanent suspension.

  • Fraud and Abuse The Company, the Shareholders and all persons and entities providing professional services for the Company's business have not, to the knowledge of the Company and the Shareholders, engaged in any activities which are prohibited under ss. 1320a-7b or ss. 1395nn of Title 42 of the United States Code or the regulations promulgated thereunder, or related state or local statutes or regulations, or which are prohibited by rules of professional conduct, including, but not limited to, the following: (a) knowingly and willfully making or causing to be made a false statement or representation of a material fact in any application for any benefit or payment; (b) knowingly and willfully making or causing to be made any false statement or representation of a material fact for use in determining rights to any benefit or payment; (c) any failure by a claimant to disclose knowledge of the occurrence of any event affecting the initial or continued right to any benefit or payment on its own behalf or on behalf of another, with the intent to fraudulently secure such benefit or payment; and (d) knowingly and willfully soliciting or receiving any remuneration (including any kickback, bribe or rebate) directly or indirectly, overtly or covertly, in cash or in kind, or offering to pay or receive such remuneration (i) in return for referring an individual to a person for the furnishing or arranging for the furnishing of any item or service for which payment may be made in whole or in part by Medicare or Medicaid, or (ii) in return for purchasing, leasing or ordering or arranging for, or recommending, purchasing, leasing or ordering any good, facility, service or item for which payment may be made in whole or in part by Medicare or Medicaid, or (e) referring a patient for designated health services to or providing designated health services to a patient upon referral from an entity or person with which the orthodontist or an immediate family member has a financial relationship, and to which no exception under ss.1395nn of Title 42 of the United States Code applies.

  • Fraud, Waste, and Abuse Contractor understands that HHS does not tolerate any type of fraud, waste, or abuse. Violations of law, agency policies, or standards of ethical conduct will be investigated, and appropriate actions will be taken. Pursuant to Texas Government Code, Section 321.022, if the administrative head of a department or entity that is subject to audit by the state auditor has reasonable cause to believe that money received from the state by the department or entity or by a client or contractor of the department or entity may have been lost, misappropriated, or misused, or that other fraudulent or unlawful conduct has occurred in relation to the operation of the department or entity, the administrative head shall report the reason and basis for the belief to the Texas State Auditor’s Office (SAO). All employees or contractors who have reasonable cause to believe that fraud, waste, or abuse has occurred (including misconduct by any HHS employee, Grantee officer, agent, employee, or subcontractor that would constitute fraud, waste, or abuse) are required to immediately report the questioned activity to the Health and Human Services Commission's Office of Inspector General. Contractor agrees to comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and System Agency policies regarding fraud, waste, and abuse including, but not limited to, HHS Circular C-027.   • Export and Retrieval by Customer During the Subscription Term and subject to the Agreement, Customer can access its Personal Data at any time. Customer may export and retrieve its Personal Data in a standard format. Export and retrieval may be subject to technical limitations, in which case SAP and Customer will find a reasonable method to allow Customer access to Personal Data.

  • Prevention of Fraud and Corruption 18.1 The Supplier shall not offer, give, or agree to give anything, to any person an inducement or reward for doing, refraining from doing, or for having done or refrained from doing, any act in relation to the obtaining or execution of the Agreement or for showing or refraining from showing favour or disfavour to any person in relation to the Agreement.

  • Anticorruption The activities of the parties must and each of the parties assumes the obligation to respect and fully comply with any and all applicable laws regarding anticorruption, including but not limited to the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (15 U.S.C. Section 78dd-1 et seq., as amended). The parties acknowledge and agree that, regarding all the activities they engage in under this Order, the parties, as well as their agents, representatives, employees, administrators, partners, managers, officers, lawyers and any other person that engages in activities under their representation, shall not engage in and shall refrain from any illegal or prohibited conduct or activity by the anti-corruption laws, including but not limited to: (a) making offers, promises of delivery, or deliveries of any object of value to any public official (as defined by the corresponding applicable anti- corruption law) or political party with the purpose of obtaining or maintaining a deal, obtaining an improper advantage, or influencing any act or decision of a public official, that causes or could cause violations of the provisions of the anti- corruption laws; and/or (b) executing any bribe, incorrect payment, corruption payment or any illicit payment, to any public official or political party with the purpose of obtaining or maintaining a deal, obtaining an improper advantage, or influencing any act or decision of a public official, that causes or could cause violations of the provisions of the anti- corruption laws. The parties agree that the Buyer shall have the right to carry out all the actions necessary to verify the compliance of Seller with the provisions of this section and the corresponding applicable anti-corruption laws. SELLER AGREES TO HOLD HARMLESS AND FULLY INDEMNIFY BUYER FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITIES (INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEY’S FEES) THAT MAY BE INSTITUTED OR FILED AGAINST BUYER BY ANY GOVERNMENTAL AUTHORITY, AGENT, REPRESENTATIVE, EMPLOYEE, ADMINISTRATOR, PARTNER, MANAGER, OFFICER, LAWYER OR ANY OTHER PERSON THAT ENGAGES IN ACTIVITIES UNDER THE REPRESENTATION OF THE PARTIES OR ANY OTHER THIRD PARTY BASED ON AN ALLEGATION OF ANY BREACH BY SELLER TO ITS OBLIGATIONS CONTAINED IN THIS CLAUSE OR ANY OF THE APPLICABLE ANTI-CORRUPTION LAWS.
