Your End Users means the individuals who install or use copies of Your Software but do not write, modify, debug or compile Your Source Code.

Your End Users means any individual or entity to whom You provide access to any Program Property if the Claim relates to any situation in which the individual or entity had or would have had access to the Program Property through You; and (c) “Your Patients” means any patient of You or Your End Users or any person making a claim as a result of financial or familial relationship with such patient, in each case if the Claim relates to any situation in which the patient was receiving or seeking medical care from You or Your End Users.

  • All provisions of this License, with the exception of sections "Grant of License to Use the Product", "Grant of License to Use the Source Code", "Grant of License to Distribute the Redistributables Between Team Members", "Grant of License to Distribute the Redistributables to Your End Users" and "Backup Copies", shall remain in force even after any termination.

  • You may access and use the APEX Service only: (a) during the Subscription Term; (b) for Your internal business purposes (which may include providing services to Your End Users if permitted in the Service Offering Description); and (c) in accordance with the Agreement.

  • Notwithstanding Clause 2.4 – Part A (Use and Ownership of the APEX Service and Related Services), or the XXXX, if You are a Cloud Service Provider partner in good standing in the Dell Technologies Partner Program, then You shall be entitled to use the APEX Service and any Related Services, including any Software licensed by Dell, to provide services to Your End Users during the Subscription Term unless otherwise provided in the Service Offering Description.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that You and Your non-student End Users are in compliance with all applicable laws for each Managed Apple ID based on the Apple Service you allow Your End Users to access.

  • No information is sent automatically by the Redistributables when they are installed by Your End Users.

  • If Your non-student End Users access certain Apple Services, Apple may communicate with Your End Users about their use of the Service, Apple Services, and updates to Apple Services.

  • Apple may use students’ Personal Data provided to Apple by You or Your End Users in connection with the Service in order to provide and improve the Service for educational purposes and to comply with applicable law.

  • Prior to accessing, using, downloading, installing, or enabling third party products or services for use with a Managed Apple ID, You should review the terms, policies and practices of the third party products and services to understand what data they may collect from Your End Users, how the data may be used, shared and stored, and, if applicable, whether such practices are consistent with any consents You have obtained.

Related to Your End Users

  • End Users means a Third Party residence or business that subscribes to Telecommunications Services provided by any of the Parties at retail. As used herein, the term “End User(s)” does not include any of the Parties to this Agreement with respect to any item or service obtained under this Agreement.

  • Your Data means information or data (which may include Personal Data) that you input and transfer to NCR Voyix for processing and that is collected, stored or maintained in the course of providing the Service or the Software. Your Data expressly excludes any information or data that does not connect or associate you or any Users to or with such information or data.

  • Licensed User means an employee, contractor or agent of Client who is authorized by Client to access and use the Licensed Software, to whom a password and user ID has been issued by Client and whose access to the Licensed Software has not been terminated, suspended or surrendered.

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Hyperlink means a special HTML code that allows text or graphics to serve as a link that, when clicked on, takes a user to another place in the same document, to another document, or to another Internet Web site or Web page.

  • Users means those employees, contractors, and end users, as applicable, authorized by You or on Your behalf to use the Services in accordance with the Master Agreement and Your order. For Services that are specifically designed to allow Your clients, agents, customers, suppliers or other third parties to access the Cloud Services to interact with You, such third parties will be considered “Users” subject to the terms of the Master Agreement and Your order.

  • End User means, in the event that the Services or Deliverables involve the use of any information systems, any and all UNICEF employees, consultants and other personnel and any other external users collaborating with UNICEF, in each case, authorized by UNICEF to access and use the Services and/or Deliverables.

  • Customer Content means custom code, text, images, audio, video, data, media content, features, databases, information, programs, files and other content created, generated, uploaded, stored, transmitted or otherwise used by the Customer or an End User in or through the Customer Applications or in connection with the Services.

  • Service Users means each person who is referred or presents to the Provider as part of the provision of the Services;

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • PRN means those medications and treatments that have been ordered by a qualified practitioner to be administered as needed.

  • Reseller is a category of CLECs who purchase the use of Finished Services for the purpose of reselling those Telecommunications Services to their End User Customers.

  • Named Users means any combination of users licensed under this Agreement.

  • Microsoft means Microsoft Corporation.

  • Google means the Google Entity that is party to the Agreement.

  • SFDC means xxxxxxxxxx.xxx.

  • Internet Service Provider (ISP) is an Enhanced Service Provider that provides Internet Services, and is defined in paragraph 341 of the FCC’s First Report and Order in CC Docket No. 97-158.

  • Products and Services means the products and/or services to be sold by Vendor hereunder as identified and described on Attachment A hereto and incorporated herein, as may be updated from time to time by Vendor to reflect products and/or services offered by Vendor generally to its customers.

  • Authorized Users means Company’s employees or contractors designated by Company to access and use the Services.

  • Customer information systems means any methods used to access, collect, store, use, transmit, protect, or dispose of customer in- formation.

  • Internet Service Provider (ISP) means an Enhanced Service Provider (ESP) that provides Internet Services.

  • Publisher means any person or entity that distributes copies of the Document to the public.
