Examples of Your End Users in a sentence

  • Apple will use and maintain Personal Data, provided by You and Your End Users to Apple in connection with the Service, in accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA), insofar as it is applicable.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that such EULAs are provided to Your End Users, and that each End User is aware of and complies with the terms and conditions of the EULAs for the Apple Software, and You agree to be responsible for obtaining any required consents for Your End Users’ use of the Apple Software.

  • A Managed Apple ID is the account user name and password You create and provide to each of Your End Users to access the Service.

  • You may permit Your End Users to use the Service for the foregoing purpose, and You are responsible for Your End Users’ compliance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • When You create Managed Apple IDs for Your End Users, all features and functionality of the Service that You select to be available are enabled for all of Your Institution’s Managed Apple IDs. YOU ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY FOR ALL RISKS AND COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR SELECTION OF EACH FEATURE AND FUNCTIONALITY ENABLED IN THE SERVICE AS BEING APPROPRIATE FOR INSTITUTION AND/OR YOUR END USERS.

  • You shall ensure that Your End Users use the information sent or received using Your Server Token only with Authorized Devices.

  • You shall ensure that Your End Users have obtained all necessary third party permissions or licenses related to any such Content.

  • You acknowledge and agree that Apple is not responsible for the availability of such third party sites or resources, and shall not be liable or responsible for any content, advertising, products or materials on or available from such sites or resources used by You or Your End Users.

  • If You enable iCloud Photo Library, the photo libraries of Your End Users will be backed up separately from their automatic iCloud backup.

  • You are solely responsible for any Content You or Your End Users upload, download, post, email, transmit, store or otherwise make available through the use of the Service.

Related to Your End Users

  • End Users means a Third Party residence or business that subscribes to Telecommunications Services provided by any of the Parties at retail. As used herein, the term “End User(s)” does not include any of the Parties to this Agreement with respect to any item or service obtained under this Agreement.

  • Your Data means all electronic data or information submitted by You to the Purchased Services.

  • Licensed User means an employee, contractor or agent of Client who is authorized by Client to access and use the Licensed Software, to whom a password and user ID has been issued by Client and whose access to the Licensed Software has not been terminated, suspended or surrendered.

  • Your Products means products developed or to be developed by or for You that include an Intel Component executing the Materials. 2.

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Hyperlink means a special HTML code that allows text or graphics to serve as a link that, when clicked on, takes a user to another place in the same document, to another document, or to another Internet Web site or Web page.

  • Users mean individuals who are authorized by Customer to use the Subscription Service, subject to the terms of this Agreement, and have been supplied user identifications and passwords by Customer. Users may include, for example, Customer’s and its Affiliates’ employees, consultants, clients, external users, contractors, agents and authorized third parties.

  • End User means, in the event that the Services or Deliverables involve the use of any information systems, any and all UNICEF employees, consultants and other personnel and any other external users collaborating with UNICEF, in each case, authorized by UNICEF to access and use the Services and/or Deliverables.

  • Customer Content means all software, data (including personal data), information, text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-AVEVA or third-party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by Customer, any of Customer’s users, or on behalf of Customer that is stored in, or run on or through, the Products and Support Services.

  • Service Users has the same meaning as defined in the Service Agreement (Part A) – Standard Terms of Funding.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • PRN means those medications and treatments that have been ordered by a qualified practitioner to be administered as needed.

  • Reseller is a category of CLECs who purchase the use of Finished Services for the purpose of reselling those Telecommunications Services to their End User Customers.

  • Named Users means designated individual users authorized by Customer to access or use Smart Configure, Price, Quote.

  • Microsoft means Microsoft Corporation.

  • Google means the Google Entity that is party to the Agreement.

  • Fiserv means Fiserv, Inc., a Wisconsin corporation.

  • VAR means value-at-risk.

  • SFDC means xxxxxxxxxx.xxx.

  • Internet Service Provider (ISP) is an Enhanced Service Provider that provides Internet Services, and is defined in paragraph 341 of the FCC’s First Report and Order in CC Docket No. 97-158.

  • Products and Services means the products and/or services to be sold by Vendor hereunder as identified and described on Attachment A hereto and incorporated herein, as may be updated from time to time by Vendor to reflect products and/or services offered by Vendor generally to its customers.

  • Authorized Users means an individual or individuals with an authorized business requirement to access DSHS Confidential Information.

  • Licensed Data means the data licensed by the LME to the Licensee set out in the Order Form and further defined in Schedule 1 (Licensed Data);

  • Service Software means any and all software applications and any third-party or other software, and all new versions, updates, revisions, improvements and modifications of the foregoing, that Contractor provides remote access to and use of as part of the Services.

  • Customer information systems means any methods used to access, collect, store, use, transmit, protect, or dispose of customer in- formation.

  • Internet Service Provider (ISP) means an Enhanced Service Provider (ESP) that provides Internet Services.
