Common use of Spanish Language Courses Clause in Contracts

Spanish Language Courses. The County agrees to make Spanish language courses available to workers at the East Palo Alto Public Health Clinic and elsewhere where bilingual staff are needed as determined by the County. Time for these classes shall be evenly split between on-the-clock time (Code 001) for which the workers shall be paid and off-the-clock time for which the workers shall not be paid.
