  • Special Cases Value-Based Programs- BlueCard Program BCBSRI has included a factor for bulk distributions from Host Blues in GROUP’s monthly premium for Value- Based Programs when applicable under this Agreement. Additional information is available upon request. If BCBSRI has entered into a Negotiated Arrangement with a Host Blue to provide Value-Based Programs to Group’s Enrolled Members, BCBSRI will follow the same procedures for Value-Based Programs as noted above for the BlueCard Program.

  • Usual case If the Issuer is an emerging issuer (as defined in section 3.3 of the Policy) and you have not sold any escrow securities in a permitted secondary offering, your escrow securities will be released as follows: On , 2 , the date the Issuer’s securities are listed on a Canadian exchange (the listing date) 1/10 of your escrow securities 6 months after the listing date 1/6 of your remaining escrow securities 12 months after the listing date 1/5 of your remaining escrow securities 18 months after the listing date 1/4 of your remaining escrow securities 24 months after the listing date 1/3 of your remaining escrow securities 30 months after the listing date 1/2 of your remaining escrow securities 36 months after the listing date your remaining escrow securities *In the simplest case, where there are no changes to the escrow securities initially deposited and no additional escrow securities, the release schedule outlined above results in the escrow securities being released in equal tranches of 15% after completion of the release on the listing date.

  • Extensions - Special Circumstances An employee shall be entitled to extend the maternity leave by up to an additional six (6) consecutive weeks' leave without pay where a physician certifies the employee as unable to return to work for medical reasons related to the birth. An employee shall be entitled to extend the parental leave by up to an additional five (5) consecutive weeks' leave without pay where the child is at least six (6) months of age before coming into the employee's care and custody and the child is certified as suffering from a physical, psychological or emotional condition. Provided however, that in no case shall the combined maternity and parental leave exceed fifty-two (52) consecutive weeks following the commencement of the leave.

  • Individual Special Circumstance Arrangements Notwithstanding Article 2.02, the Home and the Union may agree in certain circumstances, to adjust the schedule of an individual full-time employee who normally works seventy five (75) hours bi-weekly, to enable an average bi-weekly work assignment of sixty (60) to seventy five (75) hours.

  • Management of Change 40.1.1 The parties to this collective agreement accept that change in the health service is necessary in order to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of health services. They recognise a mutual interest in ensuring that health services are provided efficiently and effectively, and that each has a contribution to make in this regard.

  • Teaching Staff Assigned to More Than One Building Each Educator who is assigned to more than one building will be evaluated by the appropriate administrator where the individual is assigned most of the time. The principal of each building in which the Educator serves must review and sign the evaluation, and may add written comments. In cases where there is no predominate assignment, the superintendent will determine who the primary evaluator will be.

  • Available Funds-Contingency-Termination a. The State is prohibited by law from making commitments beyond the term of the current State Fiscal Year. Payment to Local Agency beyond the current State Fiscal Year is contingent on the appropriation and continuing availability of Agreement Funds in any subsequent year (as provided in the Colorado Special Provisions). If federal funds or funds from any other non-State funds constitute all or some of the Agreement Funds, the State’s obligation to pay Local Agency shall be contingent upon such non-State funding continuing to be made available for payment. Payments to be made pursuant to this Agreement shall be made only from Agreement Funds, and the State’s liability for such payments shall be limited to the amount remaining of such Agreement Funds. If State, federal or other funds are not appropriated, or otherwise become unavailable to fund this Agreement, the State may, upon written notice, terminate this Agreement, in whole or in part, without incurring further liability. The State shall, however, remain obligated to pay for Services and Goods that are delivered and accepted prior to the effective date of notice of termination, and this termination shall otherwise be treated as if this Agreement were terminated in the public interest as described in §2.C.

  • Shift Change Where employees are assigned mid-week to work a non-day shift (whether due to emergencies or a shift change) and as a result lose a shift in the regular work week, such employees will be paid six (6) hours for such loss of earnings.
