Common use of Special Committees Clause in Contracts

Special Committees. Special Committees may be appointed by the Presidents with the approval of the Executive Board for such special tasks as warranted. Special committees shall be limited to the activities necessary to accomplish the tasks for which they were created and upon completion of such tasks, shall be discharged.
