GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT 1. Definitions 1.1 In this Contract, the following terms shall be interpreted as indicated:
SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT The following Special Conditions of Contract (SCC) shall supplement and/or amend the General Conditions of Contract (GCC).Whenever there is a conflict, the provisions herein shall prevail over those in the GCC. Terms of Reference The SSEC shall update, not later than January 31, 2023, the terms of reference for the committee. If no such agreement can be reached the SSEC shall make recommendations to the Provincial Labour Management Committee (PLMC). Funding: Commencing July 1, 2022, there will be $50,000 of annual funding allocated for the purposes set out above. Commencing July 1, 2024, there will be an additional $1,000,000 of annual funding allocated for the purposes set out above.
Definitions and Terms Section 1.1
CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT The contractor shall at all times observe and comply with federal and State laws, local laws, ordinances, orders, and regulations existing at the time of or enacted subsequent to the execution of this contract which in any manner affect the completion of the work. The contractor shall indemnify and save harmless the agency and all its officers, representatives, agents, and employees against any claim or liability arising from or based upon the violation of any such law, ordinance, regulation, order or decree by an employee, representative, or subcontractor of the contractor.
General Conditions; Definitions 1.01. The General Conditions (as defined in the Appendix to this Agreement) constitute an integral part of this Agreement.
Definitions of Words and Terms Capitalized words used in this Agreement shall have the meanings set forth in the Recitals to this Agreement or they shall have the following meanings:
General Conditions (i) Each party will make each payment or delivery specified in each Confirmation to be made by it, subject to the other provisions of this Agreement.
TERMS OF CONTRACT 1.1 The Contractor shall provide the Authority with the Goods and/or Services in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract which shall comprise of all of the documents set out below in paragraph 1.2 (as the same may be supplemented or varied from time to time).
Application of General Conditions These General Conditions set forth the terms and conditions generally applicable to the Development Grant Agreement to the extent and subject to any modifications set forth in such agreement.”
